About the role

FinlandWay Programme Mentor acts as the first pedagogical point of contact for our schools’ pedagogical management. The core tasks include regular contact with our international network of schools, supporting teacher training and applying pedagogical skills and knowledge in different cultures. Processing and analysing feedback from the schools, as well as participating in product development are also important parts of this role. 

About you

Degree on early childhood education or equivalent knowledge of Finnish ECE is required. The role requires enthusiasm for customer-facing work, good communication and listening skills, cultural sensitivity and firm and a solution-oriented attitude. The ability to apply pedagogical knowledge in a variety of contexts is crucial. Excellent English language skills are essential, other languages are considered an advantage. The candidate must be able to travel abroad for short term teacher training from time to time, travel restrictions allowing. 

This full time role is permanent until further and starts in August. A specific start date is agreed to with the selected candidate. The company language is English and work can be done remotely.
